Terms and Conditions


Full payment is required upon acceptance of your application. After receiving your workshop application we will send you details of how to make payment. Precedence is given to those who book and pay first. Confirmation will be sent on receipt of payment. A receipt will be emailed to you once payment is approved.

 Cancellations and failure to attend

Cancellations 7 days prior to the workshop will not be refunded unless there is a medical emergency.

A discount to fees will not be granted after the workshop is completed due to failure to attend all days within the booked workshop.

Please notify us by calling 0421 759 627 if you are running late or unable to attend the day or session.

Filming and photography

Cameras and recording devices are not to be used in the workshop

Cancellation of workshop

In the unlikely event the workshop cannot go ahead your payment will be fully refunded.

What to bring

Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing for moving in with no writing or images on them, no jeans, limited or no jewelry, and to bring along a water bottle, snacks and lunch.


Occasionally there may be photographs or video taken in a workshop for promotional purposes, e.g. on our website or social media feeds. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken, please advise us on the first day or prior to the workshop commencing.
